Paul Mahon FBII

Starting out at Lombard North Central Bank [Asset Finance] Paul continued his involvement with finance collaborating with many Licensed, Residential & Commercial Property Development Projects at different levels of operation and ownership before joining the prestigious John Davy Group of Investment Companies. In 2004 he joined Mentor Inns LLP as Managing Director specialising in speculative acquisitions, capex conversions & disposals taking the company to over 100 quality pubs prior to identifying a buyer for the group. More recently Paul has developed and converted several closed large licensed premises creating 57 apartments and 21 shops. Now specialising in introducing capital to clients involved in all types of property development and acquisition for the residential, commercial and licensed industry he is well placed to assist you with your funding needs. Paul is Managing Director and Founder.
